Rider Responsibility Notice

Safety first: Ride Somewhere generates suggested routes. Road conditions, weather, construction, and rules of the road change constantly. You are solely responsible for obeying traffic laws, riding within your skill level, and verifying road safety.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website, app, and route-generation engine provided by Ride Somewhere, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

2. Service Description

Ride Somewhere provides automated route generation and discovery services. The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or route calculations at any time without notice or liability.

3. User Conduct & Safety

When using Ride Somewhere and embarking on generated routes, you agree to:

  • Follow all national and local traffic regulations and speed limits.
  • Wear appropriate safety gear (helmets, protective clothing, etc.).
  • Never operate the application or plan routes while in motion on your bike.
  • Refrain from uploading offensive reviews or fake waypoint data.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ride Somewhere and its team shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the website, app, or suggested routes. This includes, but is not limited to, riding accidents, motorcycle/bicycle damages, traffic fines, bodily injury, or loss of life.

5. Intellectual Property

All layout designs, routing algorithms, codebases, text, logo graphics, and brand trademarks are the intellectual property of Ride Somewhere. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any part of our service without prior written consent.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account access immediately, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms of Service or engaged in behavior that endangers the community or the platform.
